HEALTH & SAFETY PLAN

Kim Forrester Photography has always treated safety as our #1 priority. Due to the nature of our work in close proximity to newborn babies, pregnant women, and other vulnerable individuals, we have created an official Health & Safety Plan that includes extra measures around germ control, sanitization of equipment, and a strict illness policy. We require the cooperation of all clients in understanding our procedure at the time of booking.

Here is what WE will do to keep us all safe:  

  • Photographer and assistant will let you know if we’ve had symptoms of illness (cough, runny nose, fever, or other cold or flu like symptoms) within 24 hours prior to your photo shoot, and will provide the opportunity to reschedule to the next available date

  • We wash and heat dry all fabrics (ex. blankets and wraps for baby) and disinfect all props prior to your shoot

  • When accessing apartment complexes, will use a dolly to transport our items to avoid our items touching any surfaces outside your home during unloading

  • We will remove our shoes and wash our hands upon entry to your home

  • While we no longer wear masks as standard practice, we are happy to wear them upon request

Here is what we ask YOU to do to help keep us all safe:

  • If any of your household members have had symptoms of contagious illness (cough, runny nose, fever, or other cold or flu like symptoms) within 24 hours prior to your photo shoot we require you to let us know so we can reschedule to the next available date
