Kelowna Newborn Photography at Home | A Sweet Session with Two Brothers

This Kelowna newborn session was all about one very proud big brother and his brand new baby brother. With a smaller session focused on their connection, we captured the quiet cuddles, curious moments, and the beginning of a beautiful lifelong friendship.

As a fully mobile Kelowna newborn photographer, I bring everything needed for your session right to your home. For this family, the kitchen happened to have the most beautiful natural light, so we photographed the entire session there. You'd never know it from the final images though. I carefully compose each photo to keep the focus on your family, not the background, creating timeless images that feel calm and natural.

I arrived with my newborn beanbag poser, wraps, blankets, and a simple dress from my client closet for Mom, so they didn't have to worry about preparing a thing. While we included Mom and Dad in a few meaningful moments, this session was really about celebrating the bond between these two brothers and preserving this fleeting season of life.

This family welcomed me into their home in Southeast Kelowna, between Black Mountain and the Lower and Upper Mission neighbourhoods. I've recently photographed families throughout Kelowna, including West Kelowna, Kettle Valley, Crawford Estates, and many other beautiful neighbourhoods, offering both in-home newborn sessions and outdoor family photography.

If you're looking for a Kelowna newborn photographer who comes to you and captures natural, connection-focused images instead of heavily posed portraits, I'd love to help tell your family's story. Contact us to schedule your consultation with me and learn more!
