The morning began quietly as we arrived at this beautiful home in Delta, BC. Sunlight filtered softly through the windows while Mom and Dad settled into the slower rhythm that only comes with life alongside a brand-new baby. There was no rush to get out the door or worry about forgotten diapers or extra outfits - just the comfort of home and the excitement of documenting a chapter that already felt like it was passing too quickly.

Baby slept peacefully through most of the session curled up in cozy wraps before snuggling into the arms of proud parents. Towards the end when baby was awake we were able to capture more expression and wide-eyed photos of baby connecting to the camera. Between the gently posed newborn portraits were the moments we love most: tiny fingers wrapped around Dad's thumb, Mom instinctively swaying while holding her little one close, and the quiet smiles exchanged across the room. These are the memories that often become a family's favourites - not because they were perfectly posed, but because they felt exactly like those first days at home.
